Each massage should be performed at least 3 times with a slow easy pace and a way that is relaxing and enjoyable.

• Whether you can discover your belly or not, make circles around it in the sense of clockwise.
2.-Same position:
• With your left hand applies pressure in a circular manner around the shoulders.
3.-Standing:
• Using your thumbs makes circles with light pressure on your lower back.
