Oxygen is an important factor in the formation of free skin radicals.
The free radicals formed as an integral part of life every time you oxidize food to produce energy.

During this process free radicals are formed that are highly charged oxygen molecules harmful to the skin.

These free radicals are toxic to the skin and can damage the skin. Usually outweighed by the vitamins C, E.

The most common reasons for the creation of free radicals are excessive sun exposure, smoking, stress and obesity. The best and most correct way of dealing with free radicals is dietary supplements, creams, antioxidant, and antioxidant food.

Oxidative stress is the cause of skin wrinkles, loose skin spots.
We understand a difference in your skin when you're in the company of different ages.
Of course, aging is a process for granted, but when we watch, there is less damage to the skin.

Use much vitamin C, E, beta carotene and selenium.
The topical application of vitamin C reduces the number of abnormal cells from the burning sun, while also reducing the damage caused by UV radiation in DNA.
Vitamin C protects the skin moist and vitamin E protects membranes from lipid per oxidation, and the first absorbing free radicals.

The inner skin aging slows the production of collagen and elastic, the substance that enables skin to revert back to its position, has less flexibility.
Signs of aging are internal:
